We shall make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in good time and in perfect working condition.Our terms and conditions below should be refered to if you are in any way unsatisfied.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Products
Please inspect your goods on receipt. Check goods to ensure they are in perfect working condition and that all parts applicable to the product/s ordered have been received.
If not, please notify us within 2 working days of receipt.
Faulty Goods
If the goods you have purchased have a manufacturing fault or defect, please advise us within seven days of receipt. We shall then issue an RMA form (Return Material Authorization) for you to complete.
We then ask you to please return the completed RMA form with the product(s) along with any packaging within 7 working days.
It is the responsibilty of the customer to ensure the goods are returned safely and without any further damage, so please ensure goods are packed safely and securely.
Goods should be returned using at least recorded delivery.
When the item is received, an inspection will be undertaken to verify the nature of the fault.
Please understand that the company cannot be held responsible for products that are not faulty or any damage to the product caused by improper usage. If this is the case then the goods will be returned to you and a further delivery charge will be incurred.
If the product is found to be defective due to manufacture, we shall either attempt to repair the fault or replace the item. Please note that the initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
Change Of Heart
Goods returned due to "change of mind" or similarly an "unwanted gift" must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition and in the original undamaged packaging complete with operating instructions (if applicable) within 14 days.
Please be aware we cannot accept returned items that have been used or with damaged packaging or missing parts.
If we cannot accept the returned items they shall be re-forwarded back to yourself and a further postal charge will be levied.
Please ensure returned items are packed securely and the returns form has been completed fully.
Postal charges for returning the item will not be refunded and goods lost in transit will be the responsibility of the sender.
WEEE Directive
Part of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations means that we as suppliers of electronic/electrical equipments must allow you, the consumer, to return your waste equipment.
